New To Yoga?
At PRACTICE, if you are new to yoga, there are many ways to begin.
• Inquire at reception about our many and varied yoga offerings.
• Come for an initial conversation with one of our master yoga teachers who will help you orient and advise your entry to this ancient tradition.
• Attend a foundations class or a gentle, slow class your first time.
• Practice as well as observe a class. Meet with the teacher to discuss any issues, concerns or questions you may have.
• Wear light, easy to move in workout clothes, bring your own mat or rent one ($1) and prepare to practice in bare feet.
